The START Method: Crafting Your Signature Framework
Welcome back! In this post, we'll delve into all the steps of the START Method to help you craft your signature framework. The START Method stands for Solve, Transform, Automate, Reach, and Test. Let’s break down each step in detail.
Solve: Identify and Solve a Problem
The first step in creating your signature framework is to identify and solve a problem. Ask yourself, what problem does your ideal client face that you can solve? The key is to pinpoint a specific issue and address it effectively.
Reflect on your journey. What motivated you to create your business? What unique solutions do you offer that others might not? By understanding and solving a specific problem, you lay the foundation for a compelling and valuable framework.
Transform: Create a Transformational Experience
The next step is to ensure your framework provides a transformational experience. This is where you focus on the impact your solution has on your clients. How will their lives or businesses change as a result of using your framework?
Transformation is about showing tangible results. Share success stories and testimonials to highlight the effectiveness of your solution. Your goal is to inspire confidence and trust in your potential clients, demonstrating that your framework can lead to significant positive changes.

Automate: Set Up Initial Automations for Lead Generation
In the Automate step, we focus on establishing initial automations for lead generation. This means setting up systems that allow potential leads to find out more about you and possibly get something for free, such as a checklist or quiz. Essentially, you want to create an automated response for any potential clients expressing interest in your services.
Whether they subscribe to a freebie, fill out a form, or book a discovery call, it's crucial to have an automated response ready. This response should be informative and personable, ultimately aiming to nurture these leads and guide them toward purchasing your services—all through email, without requiring manual effort from you.

Reach: Find Your Target Audience
Reaching your target audience is a vital step. Often, we know who we want to serve but struggle with finding these people. The goal here is to identify 10 quality leads to test your framework. Think of it as your "top 10" from the MySpace days.
Divide these 10 leads into two groups:
Five Supportive Friends: These are people who support you and could benefit from your services. They’re your cheerleaders and will provide honest feedback without pressure.
Five Ideal Clients: These individuals aren’t personal friends but are your target clients. They add a bit of pressure, pushing you to serve them well and improve your framework.
Test your framework on these 10 people, serving them diligently and gathering feedback to refine your approach.
Test: Evaluate Your Framework
In the Test step, you’ll evaluate your framework using my F.O.R.K. formula:
F: Flow - Did your process flow smoothly, or does it need adjustments?
O: Outcome - Did your clients achieve the promised results?
R: Responsiveness - How responsive were clients to your communication?
K: Kudos and Comments - What feedback did you receive, both positive and constructive?
Testing involves presenting your framework to clients, ideally in a one-on-one or small group setting via Zoom or Google Meet. This allows for real-time feedback and interaction, helping you refine your presentation and address any issues promptly.
